International consultancy · sustainable natural-resource management, Libreville
Ongoing assignment since October 2024, carried out through LN Consulting since its creation in August 2025. Working directly with senior management, the head of finance and administration, and project leads.
- Context
- The Gabonese subsidiary of an international consultancy group, with sustained supplier volumes, project-based accounting and high documentary requirements, from funders and from the group.
- Work done
- Work carried out in the client's tools, in direct contact with its management and head of finance and administration. End-to-end supplier chain, over 200 invoices a month: entry, document checks, payment preparation. Design of the subsidiary's administrative and financial procedures manual. Project-based cash-flow plans built and monitored on the ERP in place (Dolibarr). VAT and CSS exemption management with purpose-built control tools. Preparation of international transfer and import files.
- Outcome
- A documented, traceable supplier chain, a procedures manual specific to the subsidiary, control tools in place for VAT / CSS compliance, and partially automated pre-entry with a-posteriori checks. The assignment has been renewed continuously since October 2024.
Small businesses and independents
Alongside its main assignment, LN Consulting occasionally supports small businesses, including a restaurant in Libreville, with administrative structuring: documents, filing, simple approval workflows and first monitoring tools.
The size of the organisation does not change the standard.
