Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026. This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
This policy describes how Laurelle Nob Consulting processes personal data, drawing on the standards of the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the requirements applicable in Canada (PIPEDA and, in Quebec, Law 25), as a voluntary commitment to transparency.
1. Data controller
Laurelle Nob Consulting, represented by Mrs Agnès Laurelle NOB MATEMB, contact@lnobconsulting.net.
2. Data collected by the site
This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers or audience-measurement tools. Fonts are hosted on the same server as the site: no data is transmitted to third-party font or analytics services during your visit.
The site's host may collect technical logs (IP address, timestamps) necessary for the security and operation of the service, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
3. Data you send us
When you contact us through the site's form, by email, by phone or via LinkedIn, we process the data you voluntarily provide (identity, company, contact details, content of your enquiry) for the following purposes:
- answering your enquiry and following up the pre-contractual or contractual relationship;
- performing the engagements entrusted to us and meeting the associated legal and professional obligations.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, performance of the contract, legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries, and legal obligations where applicable.
4. Retention
Prospecting exchanges are kept for a maximum of three (3) years after the last contact. Documents relating to an engagement are kept for the periods required by the applicable accounting, tax and professional obligations.
5. Recipients and transfers
Messages sent through the site's form are routed by Cloudflare's infrastructure (the site's host) directly to our mailbox, without any cookie or tracker, and are then handled like an ordinary email. No form data is stored on the site itself.
Data is neither sold, nor rented, nor transferred. It is accessible only to Laurelle Nob Consulting and to its strictly necessary technical processors:
- Email: Zoho Corporation, data hosted in data centres located in the European Union (zoho.eu account);
- Site hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States).
6. Your rights
Under the regulations applicable to you (notably the GDPR for residents of the European Union; PIPEDA and Law 25 for residents of Canada and Quebec), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data.
To exercise these rights: contact@lnobconsulting.net. You will receive a reply within one month at most. Residents of the European Union may also contact their supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
7. Data processed during engagements
Data and documents entrusted in the course of an engagement (records, files, access to the client's tools) are processed exclusively for the purposes of the engagement concerned, in the tools agreed with the principal and under a confidentiality agreement (NDA) signed before any access. They are not reused, no unnecessary copies are made, and they are returned or destroyed at the end of the engagement according to the principal's instructions. Where an engagement involves a transfer of personal data from the European Union, the appropriate contractual framework (notably standard contractual clauses) is put in place with the principal before the transfer.
8. Security
Proportionate technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect data: encryption of exchanges (TLS), strengthened account authentication, restricted access, and a confidentiality commitment on all engagements.
